Christine has over 30 years’ experience working within both NHS and Local Authority settings delivering psychological assessments, counselling and therapy to both adults and children. Christine can provide counselling and psychotherapy support and treatment for a range of psychological difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. She has specialist knowledge in the areas of Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Complex Bereavement. Christine is trained in a range of evidence based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and Complicated Grief Therapy.
