Pamela has worked as medical herbalist at The Carrick Clinic since it moved to its current premises on Prestwick Main Street in 2007. She now owns the clinic with her husband Karl (Charlie) Grimm and has been a full time practising herbalist since 2006. 

During her training as a herbalist, Pamela also qualified in Swedish Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy, Reiki and Counselling Skills. She is also qualified in Emotional Freedom Technique. Pamela’s herbal clinic keeps her very busy, however and she concentrates on her herbal practice within the clinic.

Pamela is also a writer and lecturer in herbal medicine. She advises industry leaders  on using botanical extracts in their products and has been the Twinings herbal expert since 2016 advising on all their herbal blends worldwide. She has been spotted in her own BBC Scotland online series about traditional uses for herbs, in OK!
